The EMBL Hamburg Outstation is now accepting applications for the 6th biannual EMBO practical workshop on protein expression, purification and crystallization (PEPC6) on September 1 - 9, 2008.
This highly successful course features interactive lectures from internationally renowned researchers in molecular biology and crystallography. 50% of the time is dedicated to hands-on practicals for groups of up to 4 students under the supervision of the invited speakers and local scientists. The workshop will take place in Hamburg at the EMBL Outstation which is located on the DESY campus. It is directed towards students in the early stages of their career and is limited to 20 applicants. Participants are encouraged to bring their own samples to be tested during the practicals.
